This site is operated by Nathan Parkhouse Advisory. This policy explains what information is collected on this site, why, and how it is handled. The short version: what you share here is used to respond to you and to run the services described on this site, and nothing else. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing by anyone other than Nathan Parkhouse Advisory.

What is collected

You can browse every page of this site without providing any personal information. Information is collected only when you choose to provide it:

• The Growth Capacity Index. When you complete the Index, your name, email address, optional firm name, your answers, and your scored result are collected so your result can be sent to you and reviewed personally by Nathan.
• Booking a Discovery Call. When you book a call, the scheduling service collects your name, email address, and your answers to the booking questions so the call can happen and be prepared for.

How it is used

• To deliver your Growth Capacity Index result and the written breakdown that goes with it.
• To prepare for and follow up on conversations you request, including Discovery Calls.
• To keep a record of your interactions with the practice in a customer relationship management system, so you never have to repeat yourself.

Everything you submit through the Index or a booking form stays between you and Nathan. Submissions are read personally. You will not be added to third-party marketing lists.

Service providers

A small number of service providers process information on this site's behalf: a customer relationship management platform (HubSpot) that stores contact details and Index submissions, a scheduling service that handles call bookings, and the hosting platform that serves this site. Each processes your information only to provide its service.

Call recordings

Client-facing calls are recorded, and the recording is shared with you. Recordings are treated with the same confidentiality as everything else you share.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. Embedded services (such as the scheduler) may set their own functional cookies, governed by their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept for as long as it is useful for the purposes above. If you would like your information corrected or deleted, or want to know what is held about you, email [email protected] and it will be handled promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
